Angelina Jolie Fallout in Africa

It was bound to happen! In her most recent trip to Africa, American movie Goddess Angelina Jolie got a little dirt on her sleeve after Jolie’s bodyguard, Hans Habsburg, attacked 3 peasants in the village of Maiyo, just outside of Johannesburg.

Jolie was visiting the village where she had been planning to adopt her fourth child when several peasants got too close for comfort, provoking Jolie’s German-born bodyguard to bludgeon 2 village natives with his elbow and forearm, breaking both of their noses and knocking them to the ground. When a third tried to intervene, the bodyguard then grabbed the man by his neck and flung him into the two fallen men. As the scene occurred, Jolie was swept up by her other bodyguard, Patrick Kramos, who carried her away from the commotion. Though several men were forcably shoved out of his way, Mr Kramos caused no serious injuries.

However, due to malnutrition and the weak state of the African males, all 3 attacked by Habsburg suffered severe injuries including 4 fractured ribs, 2 broken arms, a punctured lung, a dislocated knee and one of those injured still remains in critical condition at a Nambiya hospital.

When questioned by African authorities, Mr Habsburg defended himself saying “Ms. Jolie is a very important person and I am supposed to protect her at all costs.”

But Habsburg has come under fire because of comments made at a press conference earlier today, labeling the African people as “barbaric,” and in one instance even going as far as saying “They are worthless human beings and I am certain that their intentions were to hurt my boss, Ms. Jolie.”

Angelia Jolie defended him saying “Hans did what he had to. Our translator made it very clear to those men that they needed to back off. But they just got even closer and though the outcome was unfortunate, it was very obvious.”

When asked if she still plans to adopt from Africa, Jolie replied “Of course not. Adoption is a privilege, and today the African people lost that privilege.”
