I think the "ads" referred to are the variety of Youtube videos made by his supporters, as that would explain where this information is coming from. The fact is there numerous libertarian/libertarian-leaning factions who now support him, and while most are fairly cool headed, some go have some ideas that are not supported by too much hard evidence. I myself am I huge supporter and find most of these videos to be decent, nevertheless, there are a few that I feel misrepresent Ron Paul's views. I don't agree with everything Paul believes in but I have a solid understanding of just what it is he believes.
